Canal lots and salt air

Most of Rotonda West’s neighborhoods (Oakland Hills, Pebble Beach, Long Meadow, White Marsh, Broadmoor and the rest) back onto canals or golf courses. Salt air shortens the life of outdoor AC units, metal fasteners, lanai screen frames and light fixtures, and we report the corrosion we can see. Seawalls and docks are outside our Standards of Practice. We note anything visible, but have a licensed marine contractor evaluate them.

A mix of ages
