The Kelting Home Inspections & Services company was very accommodating with our schedule and the house we wanted to purchase. There were lots of contingency issues that kept messing up the date for the inspection, and pushing the date out, and y’all were very patient. We met with Wayne at the house and he was on time, very professional, thorough, and saved us thousands of dollars had we bought this house. It was due to a very comprehensive inspection that we averted disaster! He also sent the report and photos the next day, which was greatly appreciated. We plan to use this company again, soon, as we are actively looking for another house to purchase. Kelting Home Inspections did a fantastic job for us. The report was very thorough and complete. It was well written and made easy to understand. The pictures were very clear and pointed out problem areas. There wasn’t anything left out or left un-inspected when he was finished and you could tell by the quality of report a lot of time was spent on the inspection.
