Our inspectors

Wesley Bulifant, Owner & Certified Professional Inspector

Before founding Kelting Inspections & Services in 2013, Wesley spent more than 14 years in construction across Southwest Florida. That background lets him read a house the way a builder does. Since then he has completed thousands of inspections, and his goal hasn’t changed: 100% customer satisfaction, 100% of the time. For Wesley, the work isn’t just inspections. It’s building lasting relationships with neighbors and the community.

Michael Helmintoller, Licensed Home Inspector

Michael has been inspecting homes for more than five years, and he holds himself to one standard: 100% customer service, 100% of the time. He’s always learning so each inspection is more thorough than the last, and he takes the time to walk you through what he found in plain language. When he’s not on a roof or in an attic, Michael is a family man and a proud dad of two. He treats every client’s home the way he’d want his own family’s home inspected.
