What’s included

  • Roof: covering, drainage, flashing, rooftop equipment and visible leaks
  • Structure and envelope: visible foundation, walls, stucco, windows, doors and signs of water intrusion
  • Electrical: service equipment, panels and visible wiring hazards
  • Plumbing: supply, drains, water heaters and fixtures
  • HVAC: equipment age, condition and operation
  • Site: parking, grading and drainage, as visible
  • Infrared scanning to help locate moisture and electrical hot spots (about infrared)
  • Optional mold assessment by a Florida licensed mold assessor

Your report

A written report with photos, organized by system, highlighting safety issues, items needing repair and items to budget for. Commercial reports are typically delivered within 48 to 72 hours. When a building needs it, we bring in specialists.
